I saw our new room in the Performing Arts Complex, and it is AWSOME!!! I can't wait to start teaching in there. It has been fun meeting so many students interested in music, but I know there are more of you out there, so come and sign up with us in the gym, or ask your counselor if they can put you in a music class.

My name is Toby Harwell, and I am the new music teacher here at Lawndale High School. I am very excited to bring some revolutionary new programs to this wonderful school.  I believe the combination of Jazz, Mariachi, Steel Drum, and Commercial Music will meet all the needs of this diverse student body, and set us apart from every other run-of-the-mill high school program.
